用途:

   PSI 的大型光養生物反應器提供大規模光合有機體(主要為藻類)的成長與收成之環境系統, 模組化的系統讓客戶可依實驗需求建立自己的培養設備. 光養生物反應器系統的核心是一平面培養槽(120 L or  25 L in volume). 整合了 30~60 °C 的溫度調節及氣泡攪拌(通氣)系統等特點. 培養槽可串聯, 總容量最多可到1000 L.

   培養槽:

  • 120 L or 25 L volume; tanks may be cascaded
  • In-built temperature regulation in the range of 30-60 °C (with ambient temperature around 20 °C)
  • Gas sparging (aeration)
  • Stainless steel frame
  • Front and back and side windows made of thick glass
  • Gas tight vessel lid with gas and electronics fittings
  • Emptying valve
  • Inlets for substrate pumping and harvesting

照明模組- Illumination Module :

  • LED-based panel mounted with high-intensity LEDs
  • Standard panel is bi-color (white/red or blue/red); each color is separately controllable
  • Light intensity up to 400 µmol(photon)/m2.s (standard)
  • Solar simulation
  • Software control of light intensity, timing and mode

電極模組- Electrode Module:

  • Electrode module enables to connect up to four measuring sensors
  • pH/Temperature sensor for measuring pH and temperature of the suspension
  • O2 sensor for measuring concentration of dissolved O2
  • CO2 sensor for measuring concentration of dissolved CO2

光學模組- Optical Module:

  • PAM fluorometer with blue and red excitation
  • Measured fluorescence parameters: FT (continuous fluorescence yield), QY (Photosystem II quantum yield)
  • Turbidometer 680 nm (OD 680)
  • Turbidometer 735 nm (OD 735)

流控模組-Fluidic Module:

  • Turbidostat module for continuous cultivation (growth-associated parameters may be optical density or measured fluorescence)
  • Chemostat module for continuous cultivation
  • pH-stat module for continuous cultivation in constant pH environment

冷卻模組- Cooling Module:

  • Cooling module widens the range of cultivating temperature to 15-60 °C (ambient temperature not exceeding 30 °C)

控制單元 -Control Unit:

  • Data collection in real time
  • Data upload even when the experiment is running
  • Data visualization in graphs
  • User-defined protocol writing
  • Further processing of data sheets in Excel accessible format
  • Remote control of the experiment via internet

         氣體模組- Gas Module:

  • Gas Analysis System GAS 150 for measuring O2 and CO2 at cultivation output
