用途:

  Handy GFPCam FluorCam 的改型版, 特殊的組成可做葉綠素螢光綠色螢光蛋白(GFP Green fluorescent protein)成像. GFP 與葉綠素偵測用的放射濾片可手動切換. Handy GFPCam 配有紅-橘閃光LED光源板(620 nm) 與 藍色光化/飽和脈衝 LED 光源板(455 nm). LED LED光源板提供3.5 x 3.5 cm均一的輻射照度 適合籽生植物、小植物、自然或落葉碎片等. GFPCam 有高解析度CCD 相機, 專門用於偵測需要長時間積分的微弱信號, 保留了大部分的葉綠素螢光動力學測量的功能。

  • Intended for combined measurement of ChlF and detection of weak steady-state fluorescence signals with long integration times or applications where higher spatial resolution is of the highest importance (microscopy)
